Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

Over the last few years, the Ontario Government has brought in legislation that aims to identify, remove and prevent barriers for people with disabilities. As a non-profit organization operating in Ontario, NAN is required to ensure that staff and volunteers receive training on providing customer service to people with disabilities. Many of you may have completed some aspect of this training through your work. In order for NAN to ensure compliance with the legislation, we are asking that you complete a brief training module.
