Post-Visit Feedback

Provide feedback for every visit. Sending feedback and logging your hours in NANapply is vital to our success as an organization.

NANapply is our online client management system which gives us the opportunity to stay connected with our volunteers.

We need to provide our funders with quantitative data about how many visits we are providing and how many hours of childcare we have delivered. Your post-visit feedback will help us measure the qualitative impact we are having on NAN families.

We also need to know when you are on site to ensure you are covered under our insurance.

Please make sure that all visits are scheduled in advance in NANapply. If you’re unable to enter your comments, contact our Family Experience Coordinator directly.
