You must schedule each visit in advance with the Family Experience Coordinator. Inaccurate reporting or visiting families without notifying NAN beforehand can jeopardize our funding, and our ability to help more moms every year. If something should happen to you or one of the children in your care during an unrecorded/unscheduled Nanny Angel visit, you will not be covered by our insurance. It’s imperative that you help us with tracking all visits by scheduling visits in advance and confirming visits took place while also providing your post-visit feedback.
